#4: Hands-free.

Sneezes are not accompanied by mouth-covering, but instead simply head-turning. And still we steered clear of swine flu. Although I still don't understand all that much Portuguese, I do wonder about the silence that would otherwise be filled with the equivalent of "Cover your mouth when you sneeze!".
